Case study

Building an entity home and an agent fleet for a family-law chairman

A strong firm, an invisible founder, and a stray duplicate domain splitting an already-contested name.

The situation

Jeff Hughes co-founded Sterling Lawyers, a Wisconsin family-law firm. The firm ranked well. He didn’t — a strong firm site alongside a founder that search barely knew existed, plus a second stale domain competing with his own name.

What I did

  • Built a documented entity home with Person schema, consolidated sameAs, and a live press wall
  • Structured a 229-episode podcast archive as a mineable content asset
  • Built and now run a fleet of scheduled AI agents: content production, press pitch drafting, weekly self-audit, and a recursive improvement agent that edits the other agents’ instructions based on evidence from their own runs
  • Logged every action; anything non-trivial gets a written audit

What changed

Press wall live with four Tier-1 placements. Book citation captured in WorldCat. Three press story angles approved and a 100-show podcast outreach plan researched and staged.

Disclosure

Jeff Hughes is my father. I disclose that here and on the Family Law Leaderboard methodology page rather than burying it.
